Food Explorers: Pumpkin Scones

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Pumpkin Scones! You’ll learn some fun tips and tricks to make your scones light and fluffy, and make a glaze to drizzle on top. This event is family-friendly!
You’ll need the following ingredients:
- flour
- sugar
- baking powder
- cinnamon
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- light brown sugar
- powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- milk OR heavy cream
- optional spices such as Pumpkin Pie Spice (nutmeg, ginger, cloves & allspice)
- maple syrup
Participation will be capped at 12 families/participants. Families should register for only one zoom link.
