Caribbean Vibe: Steel Drums on the Library Lawn

The Norfolk Library 2022 Summer Reading program Oceans of Possibilities will kick off on Saturday, June 18, at 5:00 p.m. with the steel drum band Caribbean Vibe on the library lawn. Wear island attire if you wish (pirates and mermaids welcome) and plan to picnic!
