Join Miranda Lee, a mindfulness coach and yoga therapist, for an evening of relaxing mindful movement and soothing Yoga Nidra on Thursday, August 1, at 8:00 p.m. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation. It is a way to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health. The evening will conclude with some community time and refreshments.
