Circulation policies:
• Norfolk Library card holders can check out Things.
• Patrons must be 16 years or older to check out Things.
• Copy of driver’s license required at first checkout.
• Overdue fees are $10 a day.
• Return Things to the Circulation desk. There is a $10 fine for returning Things to the book drop.
• Patron account must be in good standing. Staff have a right to refuse circulation.
