Get a Library Card

If you reside in Norfolk, Connecticut, you are eligible for a Norfolk Library card. An application may be requested at Front Desk Circulation or you may apply online here. Children’s library cards must be requested in-person at the Library and must be signed for by a parent or guardian.

Please be advised that by holding a Norfolk Library card you agree to the below terms:

• I assume complete financial responsibility for materials charged out to me and fines incurred by late returns.
• I will notify the library immediately of any change of address or phone number.

Residents in other Connecticut towns are not eligible for a Norfolk Library card; however, you may register your residence library card with the Norfolk Library to borrow our materials. Please bring your current library card to Front Desk Circulation to register.
