Crafts for the Curious: Shadow Painting

Join us in the Great Hall for a series of craft workshops for adults. These crafts are perfect for individuals with and without artistic inclination- all you need is your curiosity!

Join us for shadow painting, a meditative practice that sparks curiosity and creativity. This craft is all about letting go of expectations, going with the flow of the shadows and the watercolor pigment on our brushes.  We’ll trace the shadows cast on to paper from floral arrangements, and then paint them with watercolors. We’ll discuss different watercolor techniques as we enjoy how the cast shadows change our perspectives.

Limited to 16 adults, registration required. Light refreshments will be served.
