If you live in Norfolk, Connecticut, you are eligible for a Norfolk Library card. You can ask at Front Desk Circulation or you can apply online here. Children’s library cards must be requested in-person at the Library and must be signed for by a parent or guardian.

When you have a Norfolk Library card, you agree to the following terms:

• I assume complete financial responsibility for materials charged out to me and fines incurred by late returns.
• I will notify the library immediately of any change of address or phone number.

Residents in other Connecticut towns are not eligible for a Norfolk Library card. However, you can register your residence library card with the Norfolk Library to borrow our materials. Please bring your current Connecticut library card to Front Desk Circulation to register.
