The Science of Well-Being

Join the Norfolk Library as we embark on a 10-week journey of well-being with Yale University. The Science of Well-Being is Yale’s most popular course in the school’s history. In 2020, the course instructor, Dr. Laurie Santos, made it available for free on Coursera to anyone interested. To date, over 3.8 million people have enrolled. Now it’s your turn! Join us as we learn about the science of well-being together, under the direction of Kelly Kandra Hughes, Ph.D. The course program officially begins at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 28 via Zoom, and we’ll meet online every other Monday through May 9.
