Greenwich Village: Historical & Literary Tour

Date: 12/13/2020
Time: 3:00 pm-4:00 pm

For well over a century Greenwich Village has been a neighborhood of writers, actors, artists, and musicians. On a private virtual tour arranged for the Norfolk Library, you will explore how this rich cultural neighborhood went from a sleepy farming community to a hub for the likes of Mark Twain, O’Henry, and F. Scott Fitzgerald. Your tour guide is Luke Cameron, born and raised in New York, who with his wife Amber founded Real New York Tours. Luke and Amber live in Falls Village. This is a live tour, so everyone will be connected in real time and can ask questions.

This virtual tour takes place via Zoom. You must register in advance to receive a Zoom link.
