Grab a cup of coffee, and join us via Zoom from 10:30-11:30am on the first and third Wednesdays of the month in January, February, and March to chat and connect.

On January 20, Maggie Downie,  founder of Personal Euphoria: Pilates & Fitness and author of Keep Moving: Take Steps to Relieve Pain & Improve Your Life, will kick off our Community Connections Hour with a presentation on the Basics of Breathing. Attendees will then have a chance to share their favorite wellness tips.
